Leah at the front desk was very helpful, informative and friendly. We loved the beachfront location and easy, secure access to both shops and beach. Maison Noosa has beautifully landscaped grounds and the heated pool and spa area with barbecue was a hit. Our apartment was modern,clean and well appointed with quality furnishings and fittings. We would happily return.
There was considerable construction work in progress at the time of our visit however, the tariff was reduced to compensate for this inconvenience and any noise was not too intrusive. In any case there are so many attractions just outside your door you don't really spend much time in your room during the day when building work occurs.
Location was great and staff were very friendly. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We did receive a 20% discount to compensate for construction. Parking and wifi were free.
Apartment wasn't spotless. Construction next door was so loud it was impossible to enjoy the pool area.
Leah at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. We had a three bedroom apartment which worked well with group of friends. Location was superb and beautiful to walk out to the beach or sit by pool and enjoy.
Sadly for Maison Noosa they were surrounded by building work and demolition work either side. Jackhammers rang out during the day and even set off fire alarm one night. Out of their control and they were apologetic

Loved the location Great shopping Aweseome restaurants Having a spa in the afternoon watching the sun go down over the beach was a highlght!
Wish we had a beach front unit - we will at the back in unit 204 - still great though!

Location was brilliant.
You are paying for the location. There are other hotels which are more spacious and luxurious but would be further away from the beach. There was no air conditioning in our bedrooms.
The location is simply sensational.
The standard of daily servicing The lack of adequate information/direction from front desk staff The paucity of kitchen equipment especially cutlery, crockery & plastic bowls The very poor sound proofing it was incredibly noisy from other apartments.

Had to get sheets @ doona changed when we arrived as they were stained.bathroom sink had to be thoroughly cleaned to rid stain.apartment 307 really needs a facelift.
