Room was clean and tidy, Staff extremely friendly and helpful, we were even able to check in half an hour early. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, we woke well rested . Located close to everything you could need. That you offered secure parking at a great price, its in a very convenient location, the rooms were very clean & comfortable, everything you could need was available at the Ibis at a very reasonable price.

It was in an ideal location and was very comfortable for the time we had there - my wife and daughter have stayed here last year which is why we booked here again. Location. We stayed at Ibis in Coffs Harbour and we were not charged for parking. Paying for parking. The rooms and the bathroom are small. The hotel is between a road and railway line (but the room was quiet). The area feels a little unsafe at night. Stains in the carpet. The washroom was too high from the floor and the wooden floor still retained an element of urine smell!. air conditioner did not keep constant temp. bar fridge was noisey kept turning on and off and waking me. Internet very over priced. Bar was poorly stocked. Location outside a tad drab but ok. Newcastle itself - mutton birds dead on the beach council need to clean of putting to tourists. Paying for parking :-(. No hand towel. Parking out frount. room size small, (only there to sleep and shower) could not stay for long. Nothing really. nothing. Parking is $12 only security is a cheap boom gate. noisey air con. Lack of available power points. nothing i dont like is all good. Small bathroom and loud aircon. restaurant staff while friendly need further training - no coffee in self serve machine at breakfast / had to ask for cutlery / condiments at dinner. Paying for car park. Noise heater made was so loud I couldn't use the heating. nothing at all. Could benefit from free Internet access. small bathroom. a tray of dirty dishes was left outside of a room the while time I was there. nothing i don't like. Nothing. no seats to sit on only a bed a small two seater lounge would have been great. The servicing of our room was poor. We had to ask the cleaner to service our room and it took several request before she would do it and it was 4pm. When cleaning the coffee mugs she got a cloth and just wiped them out, not very hygienic. We weren't happy. The toilet that dripped most of the night ! Noisy air con !. Hotel located in an area undergoing redevelopment many boarded up buildings. Uncomfortable to walk through at night.
