Very Clean, Great shower, Heater, Comfortable, Staff organised a very inexpensive shuttle bus which was fantastic and relieved alot of pressure.
It was a nice cosy room and for the price we paid we can't complain about anything.
Excellent comfort room , covered basic needs very well.
The rooms were great and surprisingly quiet.

I stayed on the third floor last room along the corridor. The staff told me there will be noise the night till 3am in the morning as it was Saturday night, told me to change hotel if I can't accept that. But, the information come too late as I checked several hotels nearby no room over that night before I committed this one. As a stranger in Melbourne where could I go so I took the room and hoped for the best. It was noise indeed but not unbearable, at least not next to my ear drum, so I still .
Staff friendly, pleasant , very helpful, rooms very clean, modern
,spacious. Hotel is really suited to backpackers though or o/night
stayers of nightclub or pub in premises for drunks crawling to bed. Had
a lot of them in elevators going to their rooms or above to nightclub on
lvl 4 to continue.
Location is great and the bar downstairs is grand.

No kettle in the room but tea/coffee making facilities available, wasn't told where i could make use of it, no staff or breakfast as explained in the morning, noise was v. v. loud as was advertised but i was able to drown it out with the television.
I have a bad back and the bed wasn't forum back but my wife had a good sleep.

Night Club on level 4 very loud on Sat night dancing thumping on
floorboards high heels clipping across,music loud but tolerable, feet
stomping was not,Room had no tissues ,no microwave in case you want to
heat up food in room,no sponge to clean up spillages even if just
coffee, no alarm clock, no spare pillows or blankets if cold, no
hairdryers in rooms.20 Mins away from cbd, wld have paid same price if I
booked nice hotel in cbd with no club above heads.
Dirty underwear from a previous guest behind the chest of drawers with the aircon remote.
Wi fi should have been available for free.
Chamber maid service should have been more regular without requesting.
Main and room door hydraulic hinges need servicing - when door shut it is hard.

Staff - would not let us upstairs to our room because people were waiting to use lift that were going to nightclub and then would not let us go to nightclub either. nightclub upstairs, noise, smell - the lift smelled of vomit/ urine.
