Size of the studio was huge, with an additional single bed, table and chairs and a well equipped kitchenette, this more than met our expectations for the price. The motel is set in a quiet area and the block-out curtains keep the room dark for a sleep in.
Staff were very friendly, and were able to help us with securing a
frypan, which was missing from our room. We went for the football and it
is close to both Aurora Stadium, and Coles supermarket. We loved

We had a nice big room with a kitchenette and full sized bath. The water pressure was good and the shower hot which was a rarity on our trip. There was even a heater in the bathroom. Overall, definitely value for money.
The close proximity to the city mall, park across the road with the monkeys, able to walk to Boags Brewery for the tour, also walked to Cataract Gorge from motel. The Ghost tour at night started only a block away.
We required a bed, shower and no noise for sleeping and close to
somewhere to eat. We ate at Titanium and received a 10% discount on
our meal (table of 5). Perfect for our weekend at the V8's
Symmons Plains.
Very clean and spacious studio with comfortable beds with an added bonus of plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Free parking was also great.
Though 'a bit tired', room was well laid out, clean, light and comfortable, with all necessary facilities . Reception efficient, pleasant, friendly.
Neat and tidy. Electric blankets and heated room made for a cosy atmosphere and our rooms were serviced every day.

The room needs a good paint to freshen it up, there were large cobwebs in the room that need to be removed and the floor in the kitchenette needs to be cleaned with the fridge and oven pulled out to remove the gunk that has built up between these appliances and is in full view. The entrance to the motel is up a very, very steep road and not recommended to the elderly or unfit person unless you have a car to drive up into the parking area.
We couldn't get the heater to work. When we left we were told that
the switch was over the bed. Strange place for a heater switch. If it is
there, you should put sign over the button to indicate it is for the
heater. Or perhaps the heater wasn't working?.
For some reason we weren't provided with shampoo but the front desk let me borrow some. Also the road is quite steep.

I didn't mind, but people may struggle with the steep drive to reach the motel.
My interstate visitor commented that reception hours closed early (6.00 pm). Blankets were old and becoming thin - the next thing to renew?.
The only thing I could say would be the steep incline, definitely not for the elderly or unfit.
The furniture and the carpet could be renovated as they look a bit old.
Some new furniture, vibrant paint, can really change this place.
Poor compendium advice resulting in missing the time for ordering
breakfast.
The parking, found the spaces too small for a large car and not enough spaces.

The shower over the bath. No Hair dryers available in rooms.
For the money, no complaints.
crockery cutlery provided a bit hodge podge. No flyscreen our room but others had.
The only thing that I didn't like is we book 2 room and my brother room number 3 and my room is number 21 hope next time we can be closer and the inside of the kettle is very dirty at room 3 if possible change it,.

We arrived after reception was closed and it was a bit confusing where the key was.
No restaurant .

Needed a sofa/couch. Not enough teabags or milk for a group.
Pre-ordering breakfast. I thought I was paying for a breakfast in a dining room, NOT a "Brekky pack" with UHT milk. At least we could have had fresh milk in our fridge, and also some bread to toast in the pack.
Steep access to rooms.
Its a little dated but clean and comfortable.
The walk up the hill to the room, but Tassie is full of hills so part of the experience.
