  As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. As soon as we walked in the doors we were treated like princesses and the service continued till we were spoilt rotten. I was raised up with lavished hotels so I have high and fussy expectations. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

  Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.

Lovely views, fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf, as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely. I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.
