Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me
each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.

The location was perfect for our needs. On check-in/check-out I was attended by Luis who was so friendly and welcoming and from that experience the rest of our stay was superb. Everything is in the reach of a 20-min walk. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and gave us thorough instructions of where to go, how to go, where to eat and shop and so on. The apartment itself was very comfy and clean, the building has a heating pool and even a sauna, which we used several times. The area seemed safe, there are lots of eating places and shops nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.

Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. With a small store around the corner, we were able to buy a bus pass of 10 tickets and that reduced the cab fare hugely. There are some nice little rest
