  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night.
