  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

  We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.   Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean.   I love everything about the Phoenician, if I could, I'd live there permanately, lol.. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center... Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.
