I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise

Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking
them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours
- tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment the location of the complex
right in the centre of Broadbeach with easy access to beach, shops
restaurants.This is a very lively area at weekends but once doors were
closed at night we heard no noise at all.

Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!). Lots of cafes and shops nearby and a great cycleway along the beach front. Highly recommended! -
