If it's a million dollar beach view that you''re looking for than - Location, Location, Location!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Surfers Horizons. It was easy to find, close to everything, clean & spacious and the views are just amazing. The Manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome & cater to our needs which really made our stay extra special. Thank-you so very much Dave. Your kind hospitality was very much appreciated.
kaikki arvostelut » The view was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was ideally situated and within walking distance to shops, a patrolled beach and public transportation. You could park you car underneath at no extra cost.The manager was very friendly and showed you to your unit and around it. This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love the location of Surfers Horizons (on the beach), love the layout of the apartments, love the swimming pool/spa and think the manager, Barry is just so warm and welcoming!. everything was perfect the unit was so well equipped there was nothing we needed, Barry's service was fantastic he could do nothing better than he is now, highly recommend him and this place to stay, Most enjoyable. Right on the beach, heated pool and spa. Huge 3 bedroom apartment comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. Friendly and respectful residents. Helpful manager. Everything was great, Barry the complex manager was so nice and very helpfull, would definately go back again, the location was good and it was good value. Night manager Barry was outstanding with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Will definitely be back, thanks again mate. Self contained and beachfront. Lower level unit was great with my 2 year old. Perfect for what we needed and at a reasonable price. we really enjoyed our stay n will be back next year for longer. The location was excellent n Barry was really friendly n helpful. the location was perfect and kid friendly very clean apartments with everything u needed weather it was for one night or longer. Fantastic views,easy access to. Beach, great surf, warm pool, 3 bedrooms, with main on top floor with huge ensuite,. The care taker was excellent very helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent also and rooms well appointed. it was a really nice relaxing place really enjoyed staying the and it is kid friendly my kids loved the place. the manager was very friendly and carried our luggage up to the room. the room was clean and very affordable. The location, it was a modern a apartment , with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, lovely facilities. Great position couldn't get any closer to the beach, and right opposite surf patrol. Fantastic location looking out t the beach! Lovely decor in unit 11. The location was very good and overall a pleasant place to holiday. The outside of the property doesn't look too bad either. It was our first weekend away without children in a long time so we were very excited and happy to be in a sunny beach-side location. there was nothing at all to complain about it was all perfect. The place needed a thorough clean from the previous tenants. Felt a bit unloved with dust and smelly bedcovers. Had it been clean our stay would have been perfect. Despite this we will probably choose to give it another go because of the excellent value, size of the apartment and location. we had the top floor and there was only steps no lift, that is my only thing, it was a good work out if nothing else. A few little things not as clean as I would have liked but maybe I worried more due to having a toddler. A previous guest had obviously been smoking within the unit. Old outdoor furniture Old microwave Uncomfortable cane lounge, Unit desperately needs an upgrade, however, the position makes up for any negatives. Nothing was all very good. 6 of us stayed. when we went to shower prior to going to a wedding there was only enough hot water for 1 person the remainder 5 could not wash their hair etc and were very unhappy. I would recommend if they fixed the hot water. no lift stayed on 3rd floor bit hard for older people with luggage. Kitchen and bathrooms needed more natural light. Not sure if there is air conditioning facilities in the rooms?. Some of the furnishings were a bit 'tired'. Pedastal fans in bedroom old and very rusty. powerpoints in downstairs bedrooms difficult to access. long way away from where we wanted to be on the gold coast as not sure about suburds on the coast, wanted to be near tweed heads. Appartments need refurb. Nothing. Dated decor, leftover food on the floor and dirty crockery. It's pretty dirty - everything from the entrance door to the tea cups and plates. The curtains are damaged and dirty and windows are dusty and dirty. Furniture is very dated for the $250/night price tag. When booking, the photo was of a modern, clean and beautiful apartment so we were shocked when we saw the actual dated, musty and shabby place.
