Our 3 BM apartment was so spacious, clean, comfortable & with great facilities such as 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 TV's, balcony, large robes, dishwasher & dryer. Our children loved the heated pool which was just warm enough to go in at this time of year & especially loved the spa next to it which was so warm & relaxing. The gardens were tropical & well maintained. The apartments were also so close to the beach. We would definitely recommend these apartments to others.
kaikki arvostelut » Apartment was spacious for 6 of us, had everything we needed, staff were awesome & helpful. Didn't even notice that the place was full, very quiet (except for the birdlife!!). Walking distance to beach, dairy & bus stop. Close enough to walk (10-15mins) or bus to Surfers & Paradise Fair. Highly recommended. Spacous,clean apartment as advertised with spotless pool/spa and amenities.Our hosts Michelle and Dean were extremely pleasant and helpful guiding us with travel,things to do and advise on restaurants.We would happily return there for a holiday. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and managed appartments well. Appartments are in a central location, are well equipped, within a small, quiet, family-friendly development. Excellent accomodation for family on a budget. The manager, ms michelle was excellent, friendly and very accomodating and ever-ready to assist. Due to many strict regulations imposed, the apartment was quite and resulting in very pleasant stay. The layout of the appartment meant that some could sleep in and other could get up early without disturbing anyone. The pool was clean and close for the kids and the peace and quiet was great. The apartment managers were very homely and went the extra mile to show us around so we can familiarize ourselves with the environment fast. The apartment was well equipped and very spacious. Lovely pool and grounds and very friendly, helpful staff. very friendly and made very welcome by michelle had a great time using the pool and spa and facilities highly recomended to all. Full facility apartment Conviniently located. A little far from the shops (not really walking distance). Appartment was cosmetically clean however is definitely tired, e.g. shower screens need deep cleaned or replaced, dishwasher needs updated, hot tub needs retiled or repaired. However did not spoil our enjoyment of accomodation. The internet was not working. Either we were log out most of the time or it is just not available at all. Have tried with 3 different devices but all not working.The hotel mgmt should get another internet service provider that is working just to compliment the apartment superb performance. Tiles in the toilet were quite slippery. Maybe they could install an anti slip mat. Other than that, nothing else disappoint us. Nothing. None. A little noisy at times, with scraping chairs on floors upstairs. The weather, you could have ordered better for us but still better then here. Just the road works, traffic moved slow in some area's. Just the pool hours were a bit disappointing. Our kids were itching to go in at 7am. Pool closing at 9pm. Nothing. Internett, not available due to tecnical incompetance. The pool and jacuzzi can probably open till a later time of around 10pm instead. The apartment could have been a little cleaner. We found it lacked attention to detail in this area. Apartment floors were dirty upon arrival and there was no potato peeler. Maybe the lounge needs updating as everytime I sat on it I was bitten by something. no lift bedroom doors not shutting appliances very dated office only open weekends 9-12 could hear the guests upstairs using the toilet and flushing. not enough power points especially in the kitchen. no foxtel. the apartment was in need of some repairs, the sliding doors didnt lock the bathroom door was broken the fans didnt work the main TV did not work (staff provided us with another). None.
