Vending machines and an internet kiosk are located in the lobby. The tour desk can arrange tickets to the Gold Coast theme parks. The shopping and nightlife of Cavill Avenue is only 300 metres from Raffles Royale Surfers Paradise. Sea World and Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast are both a 10-minute drive away.

Good value for money, clean surroundings, very nice location, close to everything, ideal for group of friends but not necessarily for families and i only say this because there are no lofts which made carrying luggage and other stuff to your room pretty tough. Lovely staff. Kitchenette included stove and full fridge as well as cooking utensils. Homely feel. Large pool and Spa available. Foxtell was available in the rooms. Close to everything you want in surfers.

When the storm hit overnight and it was dangerous to travel, they offered us an extended stay at no further charge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic with an easy to walk to the beach and shops. The room size was great value for money. I was happy with everything it was close to everything the pool was great the rooms were just what we needed we will be coming back to stay again for sure. I loved how close to everything we had planned didn't have to drive anywhere,I plan on staying there again as it was in my budget. centralised to most facilitie& reasonable priced Staff very helpful. Enjoyed staff & our stay. How close everything was to it...we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. quick and easy check in. was greeted and checked in at my car large rooms. It was close to shops & city hub. Public transport close by. The comfort and facilities available in the unit we stayed in. BBQ, swimming pool, parking, equipments in the apartment. Great location, everything there that was needed. good price with good location. nice people. Great location for us Clean and tidy. The spa and pool were heated. The whole package :). Good value for what you get and where you are. Nothing. nothing. The location. No staff at all, i mean not a single soul, after 5pm., 'heated' pool was not heated but had a nice small spa beside it., ground floor could use some cleaning. In comparison to other hotels in the area it was a little expensive for the quality. Showers turned cold as using them. There was no tea/coffee etc (which is fine, but had I known I could've bought my own), there was half a roll of loo paper, which ran out... Some things could be updated or use a fresh coat of paint. Every morning at an early hour there was a fair bit of loud banging noises which woke us. That I had to carry all my bags to top level. We seem to have had the smallest veranda. metal stairs & no lift.for luggage & unfortunate washing machine not working other wise very good. Staff very helpful. Couldnt figure out how to turn on the air con. Can not find any faults. It was perfect for us. Difficulties with the answering service to get the unit keys after hours. bed and sofa seems quite old. Fairly dated decore. The only problem is that there is no elevator – But I realise that this isn’t easy to fix ;). Air con did not change temperature. Everything is looking dated and a bit shabby. due to being where it is, can be noisy and the rooms are starting to show there age. Could do with some new paint. No service, loudly leaking toilet that flooded the bathroom to the point we couldn't use it and I slipped over in it and damaged my knee. everything there was construction work going on all day from 6am beds were terrible, facilities were second rate and the photo on the web site is describing a different place. I came to Raffles Royale before the check-in time and there was no receptionist there to greet me. I had to walk around for 4 hours outside with a terrible headache and heavy luggages after the long flight. The room I stayed was a bit stink and humid. I feel like It hasnt been cleaned for ages. Complex needs a complete overhaul. Cracked tiles, shower door needed repairs fell off. dripping taps. vanity needs replacing in general not modern. The condition of the rooms. It was self contained with no pots and pans to cook with. Air conditioner didn't work. The place needed a revamp . I will definitely not return. It was a bad experience to live here. We couldnt get the key which in the box. And the room was dirty. There were some garbage on the desk. The cleaner knock the door at 8:30 and asked we to check out. I dont know why, we can check out at 10:00. So we went to check out at reception at 9:00 but no one there.......... really terrible.......
