Location! just in front of the beach! Everything is nearby, few minutes walk away, really convenient. Lovely jacuzzi, heated pool, spa and sauna. It's just awesome.

Air con would be nice in East facing units per wife, I did not mind no air con. Keep cost down. Kitchen chairs were toe breakers. Unit a little tired, but who cares at that cost and location

Wonderful days spent in this hotel. Big ocean view windows with convenient location, which is only 15ms far from the surfer paradise beach. Many fantastic nearby restaurants and shopping stores. Quite enjoyable!

Receptionists was excellent,location was very good almost every hot spots just a few steps away from the apartment.
The interior surrounding need improvement look old. First impressions when u step in will make your happy holiday booked a regrets. Only after a one or two days stay you will find that it was a good choice.
Location
When I returned to my room one evening around 9 pm there was the unmistakable stench of smokers breath in my bedroom and the kitchen area. It absolutely reeked. I had to open windows, max out the fans and leave for about 2 hrs for the stench to dissipate. I suspect my apartment was checked by security as part of schoolies policy & procedures. Not nice.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Close to everything. Great value for money. Will use it again and can recommend to others.

the views of the ocean., from every advantage point in all rooms even the toilet. Spa spacious and hot and plenty to choose from. Steam room facility clean and you had a choice steam or sauna room with a shower provided. You didn't need to go far for a good meal the inhouse restaurant and bristro provided succulent and tasty meals . Location was perfect not foo far away to walk to caville ave but far enough to be away from noisy party goers. We would recommend this hotel to others.Thanks for a great weekend
for some people the building probably needs upgrading in areas. There was no verandah to sit and enjoy the perfect views not as good out of the window just didn't do view justice other choice was to go down to beach

Our room didn't have a toaster
It was perfect in location and staff helpfulness. The decore was lovely and the room layout was user friendly, and the view was amazing.
The windows rattled, and needed cleaning on the outside along the southern side. Also the window ledge (very narrow) inside was dirty, needed a quick wipe as it looked lie it hadn't been cleaned for months. The rest was fine.

Location is excellent! Malls, Flea market and beach are just nearby. Excellent view of the beach from our room. Equipped with full kitchen facilities.
The stove is not very hot. The room is a bit dirty with the trash underneath the sofa.

Parking - had to go to higher level whic was extremely difficult to manouvre - high risk of damage to vehicle. Added deposit unnecessary these days when credit card details have been given - retaining for 5-10 not appreciated.
My Sister and I went to meltdown after a busy year and that is what Beachside Resort did for us. It ticked all our boxes Beach, Accomadition, Relaxation in the unit or around the leisure areas the Service was friendly and inviting it was so good I have invested in time accomadition but would go back to this accomadition again. Thank you

When going to bed there was a stain on the sheet which was off putting. When leaving I was asked how I enjoyed my stay I mentioned it was great. (I did mention the stain and the response from reception was of genuine concern and I was satisfied with the outcome and response.
Liked the central location and the friendly, helpful staff. Michael was great, approachable and nothing was a problem... Just what you want when your on holiday.
Car parking did become an issue at one point... So of the windows were hard to open and close... nothing major.
