The location of this accommodation is fantastic! It is central to get to all attractions but is offset in a beautiful suburb that has stunning views within walking distance. Amazing cafes only a short stroll away...

rooms and cooking facilities excellent value for money. Close to beach and all entertainment areas. Nice and quiet not too much traffic noise.

The receptionist was very helpful and provided me with clean linen and pillows.

We initially didn't like the damp smell in the room but we were able to overcome that by airing it out with the door open for a while and purchased a small deodoriser that made a big difference. The sound travelled a lot as well so we could hear everything happening in the nearby rooms. Unfortunately a lot of drunken activities in nearby rooms during our stay. Grateful though that the night prior to the Gold Coast marathon we were able to get some uninterrupted sleep.

When I bothered to turn it on the TV reception was too poor to watch.
Forgot to tell them shower spraying on roof & damaging ceiling I adjusted but will happen again. - Unit 14.
Only downsides would be the tiny tv, our fan would not work on medium speed and our shower door got stuck and I couldn't get out.
paid for ac room when arrival they tryied to charge $5.00 per night for remote for ac, curtains all had holes in them, room had washer and dryer when arrived dryer out of order stayed there for that reason to have these facilities with a 5 and 6 year old security to screen door was broken.
Our room was right on the highway and very noisy. There was wire digging in our back all night from the cheap, crap bed. No power point next to the bed for phone and computer chargers. Shower door handle broken and part of the wall falling away in bedroom. Would never recommend anyone to stay there.
Leaky toilet, no fire alarm, not cleaned properly, rough unmaintained area's, smoky from people smoking on balconies, Needs a good clean through out. The phone only goes through to reception cannot ring out to friends or order food very poor.
There is no service at all would never stay here again or recomand to
any one the tv not working went to tell the manager and was toled to
return in morning as he was in bed at app. 8Pm not value for money.
