We loves the fact we could book just one night (a huge thumbs up) and how central we were. The spa was a real winner,incredibly relaxing after a long drive. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We have already been back again and we will be back a heap more times for sure. My wife said the bed was very comfortable and we had a quick chat with the cleaning staff who we sought directions from. We both commented how supportive they were. Please pass on our thanks to them. Yes we would use your facility again if we visit .

I left an article in the room, and they took the effort to look for it, ring me up and posted it back to me, very friendly and helpful. It was cheap, the staff member at the front desk was lovely, the place was spotless. The room was great value for money and it's right in the middle of dunsborough, in walking distance to everything! Would recommend to anyone. Kettle toaster dishes spoons and cups in the room. We did not book a room with a kitchen, so it was great to be able to have our breakfast in the room. The location is great to walk to restaurants and cafés for other meals. Perfect location if you need to be in the midst of central Dunsborough. We were starting the Cape to Cape trail from Dunsborough, so found it the perfect launching pad being close to restaurants, shops and beach. The location is great. Well priced for the area. Room is well equipped with kettle toaster, nice wine glasses. Our room was spacious and comfortable, we have stayed there before and will stay again. We stayed overnight for a wedding and found the facility clean and comfortable. The lady at reception on Saturday was very helpfuland friendly. I would recommend the Motel to friends. This is our favourite place to getaway from our busy lives an we r truly refreshed when we leave!!! It's a must on u travels down south!!! Staff very helpful an friendly . Also the room was exceptional and the cleaner service was good too. The room was spacious, well designed and has a great kitchen area. Easy walking access to the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Driving distance to all that Cape Naturaliste has to offer. the cleaning staff were just so accomodating, nothing was too much trouble.. Would have been nice if the room had a DVD player so the kids could watch a movie as the programmes on the TV where not really appropriate,more the boys gripe than mine I didn't like that the room didn't have a security door on the glass door, would have been nice to be able to have a door open for fresh air during the day/night. Can't think of a damm thing. Congratulations. Bill and barb. There is a ledge inbetween the bathroom and entry way that trips you up everytime!. Early morning risers with reverse alarms! Maybe ask patrons to reverse park so they drive straight out in the mornings (quietly). The only thing this time was the water supply an the temperature of the water was lukewarm due to weather conditions but still relaxing . Hope it's resolved by the time of our next visit. Bathroom fan was very noisy and the toilet cistern leaked after use. I reported both items and they said they would be looked at. The only negative was the idiots going past our room at 2.40 in the morning and knocking on the glass doors. But that was beyond the control of the hotel. We werent there long enough to enjoy the facilities. The rooms that back on to Caves Rd were subject to some traffic noise. The outside light shining in through the glass at the top of the door was a bit of annoying at night. Would be good if they could be turned off at midnight. There was nothing to dislike about it. Nothing!. Very noisy. Could hear everything in the next room, from talking, TV, the people eating, putting their dishes in bathroom sink etc. On the last night of our stay we had very noisy inconciderate guests in the room next to us. It was 4am when they returned to their room & made so much noise. They yelled out to each other, slammed doors & sat outside on the walkway near our door & spoke loudly. They finally shut up at 5.30am. I know that you cannot guarantee that all guests follow basic rules & that they have consideration for other guests. No shower job so the water leaked out onto the floor. Mix up with payment of account. No cross ventilation only an extractor fan in the bathroom. Only the fish and chip shop open on Monday night. My husband tried to iron his shirt but the iron left black marks on it. difficult to access room due to kerbing and foliage. Nothing. When a customer is waiting at the desk for attention, a phone call which comes does not take priority over the client already waitng attention. ince when do people on who call by phone take precedence over a client physically present. Don't do it!. TV reception wasn't the greatest. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Next time will get room with a spa. Toilet was a bit dirty and iron was a bit small. Car park not outside motel room- possibility of theft or interference to car.
