My daughter and I were visiting another daughter who lives with others in Gungahlin so the location was perfect. Very quiet. Beds comfortable and pillows amazing! Was great to have a washing machine/drier. Very clean and modern. Excellent location for us as we were visiting relatives who lived in the area. The apartment was well kitted out although we did not need all of the facilities - great if your stay was longer term, though. Very friendly staff.

The units had everything you need in them - very well set up. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. No noise once verandah door was closed. Handy to shops. Would definately stay here again!. Chosen for convenience of location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant facility nearby. Apartments well-appointed and comfortable. I liked the standard of the room and facilities, the flexibility of being able to pick up the key late at night, the car parking and generally. The "studio" was really spacious for the 4 of us and well equipped. A really nice room and a really great location for our needs!. The position is perfect. having kitchen facilities is perfect. The beds are very very comfortabel. Having a balcony is perfect. Location, it was very close to where we needed to be in Canberra. The adjoining restuarant bar was very good (Siren). Really enjoyed our stay there. Really convenient location with a short walk to shops. Clean and really friendly staff. I like the fact that the room was clean and it was extremely close to the function I was attending. The location was good, as I was visiting friends in Gungahlin; all else average. Close to where we wanted to stay. Nothing to dislike about the hotel although the automatic door opening outwards did catch me by surprise!. The only disadvantge is that is it located at Gungahlin and you need to allow time to get into the City or the Parliament Triangle area. There is a express bus service that leaves from the Gungahlin Marketplace which is less than five minues from the hotel and there is bus every 10-15 mintues M_F which is excellent. Dirty hand towel had been left in room on arrival.Encountered bad drain smell on first night. The bathroom was a multipurpose wet room and not as nice as we would have liked. It may have been nicer to have more than 2 sets of cups etc. - but then it was only a booking for two people so fair enough. That there wasn't a fitted sheet on the sofa bed; there weren't 4 towels provided and no hooks round the room for coats etc. BUT I really enjoyed our stay. The front doors open automatically..slowly..and outwardly...someone is going to cop that one on the nose! Make it a sliding door! Also on departing our car which was parked in the car park was covered in cigarette ash and buds dumped from people smoking on their balcony above it (I assume). This was particularly terrible since we were going to a wedding and had the car washed espacially. Lights are a bit bright. Terrible shower - not enough water running in the shower and on and off warm/hot water. Didn't like the fact there was a microwave in the kitchen but no dishes that could be used in the microwave. Internet was a bit exppensive. Long way to walk to room as we were staying in an end room. our room was directly opposite the mac donalds drive thru...lots of vehicle traffic. Room great but noise on Fri night from night club next door, people gathering around our room no.15, settled down on Sat night and for the rest of our visit. No telephone, no way of reaching reception. Was told 'you just have to go down!" We had no electric jug and I wanted one. Very long lunch, over an hour, when we wanted the jug. Not nearly enough car spaces until restaurant closed. Poor reception times. 8.50Am Sunday, no- one there. Missing shelf in shower. Combo washer/dryer; even using the dryer only controls & tiny load, heat level too high wrinkling clothes. Everything was great. No complaints. Nothing, it was very well set up for our needs. I had an joining room and sound proofing could be better, as young child in next room and was not happy. No chair or table on patio.poor operating instructions on washer/dryer. ironing board was poor, prefer small milk to be provided, no info in room of local facilities ie where to eat, cafes. Need more pillows. No outdoor furniture on balcony and tap broken in bathroom. Nothing. No electric blanket and the fact that the front desk staff would not call a taxi for us. Light globes needed replacing, stove hood not working, wash basin tap handle falling off when in use. The very small car park. Car Parking shared with hotel, difficult to get a park. I was charged more than the agreed letsbookhotel.com invoice. This was queried with the accommodation provider directly by email but no reply received. Not happy!. Lights in kitchen & bathroom not very effective. Lack of attention to external tidiness. I didn't like the lighting in the bathroom, or for that matter in the bedroom area. The lighting was extremely poor and you could not put your make up on in either room. In fact I had to get a torch and have it held up to the mirror to see what I was doing. (By the way my eye-sight is fine.) Also the décor and the setting out of the furniture could be greatly improved. Not sure who your decorator was but you paid too much for them. I thought the cost was too high, but probably because it was the opnly accommodation in the general area. Overpriced. Was quoted $140.00 was billed $182.58 cannot under stand what extra was for?. Hallway is noisy. Woken up with people talking in the middle of the night.
