Very handy to Prince Charles Hospital and staff went out of their way to be friendly and provided great service. Motel was also very close to restaurants and takeaway outlets, plus Aida and the huge Westside shopping mall. This has to be the best motel I have stayed in. Ron the owner has the best customer service skill. The motel was clean and quiet and I have stayed here numerous times. Keep up the good work. Will return again.

We would recommend It to people and stay again. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful - we really couldn`t have asked for better, and for us, the location was perfect for visiting our family. it was reasonably priced, and comfortable but not overly so. very handy to our location needs. Management very helpful. We were treated very well and our wishes were respected. It was clean and tidy and the staff were simply wonderful. The most impressive factor of this motel are the staff > really helpful and went the extra mile to help. Very convenient location close to shopping centre and not far from the city or airport. Easy to find. Friendly staff, nice reasonably priced food. Facilities good even for longer stay. Good location. Friendly managers and staff...comfortable rooms and very clean would recommend it to anybody. Breakfast arrived on time and was still hot. Biscuits available and fresh milk on arrival. Situated on a very busy road but not noticeably noisy - room was perfectly adequate although a little worn in places. Nothing. There was nothing to dislike. very basic, supplied toaster and microwave in room but no utensils to support them. Location ... noise from the main road. One of the single bed mattresses was just foam. A little bit of road noise. Some traffic noise could be heard. Traffic noise despite double glazing. Local takeaway. No tea and coffee in the room. Ceiling in bathroom rusty and mouldy. rooms need renovation in particular bathroom. We have stayed there on 5 Nov and 18 Nov 2013. The water pressure for the shower in both rooms was very weak. bit cramped for room. Bathroom. hard bed. Extremely expensive at $250. Very very very noisy !. Rooms not dark. Small dingy rooms. Noisy.
