Featuring a 16-metre solar heated pool, a restaurant and a tennis court, Coachhouse Marina Resort offers self-contained villas with a verandah. Waterfront villas are available. Guests enjoy fishing on-site and access to Corrigans Beach and boat ramp. The Coachhouse Marina Resort is situated opposite the 27-hole Club Catalina Golf Course and adjacent to Batemans Bay Marina. It is a 15-minute walk from central Batemans Bay and a 5-minute walk from the University of Wollongong. All villas offer a living and dining area, flat-screen TV and a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each villa has bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. Other facilities include BBQ areas, children’s playground, bicycle and pedal cart hire, and a shop selling essential groceries. The Rockwall Brasserie is open Friday and Saturday evenings, serving modern Australian food. The bar offers a selection of local and international beer, wine and spirits. A room service menu is also available on weekends.

This hotel is very modern and e trembly we'll equipped. It has all the facilities one could expect and more. There are two pools adjacent to each other, one open air and the other covered. The bed we used was super comfortable and the air conditioning was extremely quiet even when working hard. If I had any regrets it would be that we only stayed for one night , it truly is a magnificent place with very helpful staff who could not do enough to assist when asked.

Fully self contained and very roomy . Would highly recommend to anyone . Ps great deal with letsbookhotel.com !!!. The location. Convenient, close to every thing you would need. Had a lovely meal at the Golf club across the road. Very quiet at night, you wouldn't know you were close to a main road. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to others. the grounds were great for the kids riding bikes. Our cabin was right on the water & easy to watch the kids splashing in the bay just in front of us. Pool is gorgeous. The whole place is gorgeous & green & waterfront - LOVED IT !. The resort fitted our requirements perfectly, well located to facilities and local beaches and other tourist attractions. Staff were courteous and our cabin clean and well equipped. We liked the setup. We greeted other residents but did not have to invade each others space. The access to the town centre was good and we enjoyed the space of our unit. Very affordable, great view. We were upgraded too! Good facilities, like Tennis. Restaurant quality was very high. Will be staying again!. Lovely landscaping tied in wih the location of the resort. Very cute cottage cabins and many varieties to select from for any need. Great location with easy access to waterways. Peaceful and relaxing. Cabin was well fitted out and comfortable. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. When I start a family i'll be sure to take them there. It was relaxing and so close to the water, it was great! Close to the Club just across the road too. Location was fantastic, cabin well appointed and better than we expected. Great value for money. I loved the layout of the facility. It was very close to the main town and the cabins were nice. Very clean, lots of character, good Wi-Fi connection, will definitely be staying there again. The relaxed environment. For an overnight stay it was budget friendly, clean and convenient. The setting, the layout and the facilities. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Friendly staff, location, It's quiet after 10pm, relaxing, comfortable, proximity to beach. Even when busy the place is quiet and relaxing. Beach is close, walking tracks are close. the cabin ande the location is just perfect. Close to the ocean, a very friendly park. Fantastic shower water pressure and never ran out of hot water. The villas had balconies which, if you were in the right one, overlooked the bay. The on site facilities, such as pool, bbq's, restaurant, tennis court, laundry etc seemed good for families. Good value for money as we got 2 rooms with 4 beds in total, and a spacious living room with fully fitted kitchen, 8 seater dining table and satellite tv. Everything seemed clean. Location is good even tho no easy walking access to safe beach (patrolled). Mainly for fishing or need for drive to safe beaches. I like the location & that it is cabins. Saves a lot of money as no eating out required. The location and the bed was quite comfortable. Value for money. Everything worked. Clean. Location, well planned out. Nothing to dislike. Just a gripe. The mattress was not very good. We had to chage rooms to a non saggy mattress. They unfortunately don't have any breakfast Servise which is a shame as staying in the resort for meals is a nice private experience. Nothing. Can't think of anything. Late check in details could have been clearer and more user friendly. The oven in the cabin probably needs to be updated. Charges should be per cabin and not per person. We were only there one night. If we had known how nice it was we would have stayed longer!. Bathroom garbage bin contained previous occupants personal waste. Bungalow parking is a bit narrow and causes congestion on the forecourts. The restaurant was not open at any time during our stay. It was advertised as being award winning but was never opened. Party in marquee on our last night which was very loud till 1am. couldn't find anything we didn't like. Pillows a little uncomfortable. The weather (lol). going home. The cleanliness of the unit, ants all throughout the unit, rubbish left from previous visitors. Paying extra after having booked for a offered accomodation. only the rain. we were happy with everything. Out dated style. The furniture was old, beds where uncomfortable, spa bath didnt work, gas heater was very smelly and the gas went off so we couldnt have a shower before we checked out. The bed was the worst mattress we have ever slept on, absolutely horrible. Customer service needs a bit of improvement. Kids screaming and yelling through the park in the morning. The villas were a little bit small. The couch in the "lounge" area was very uncomfortable, as was the bed. There was an unpleasant and overpowering smell coming from the bathroom. This resort really only seems to be good value for families with small children. It was freezing. The only heating provided was a tiny gas heater in the living room that cannot be moved. Even with a double blanket i couldn't stop shivering. The toilet smelled like gutter. It'd be good in summer I guess. Facilities are aging. Need more regular upgrade of internal fittings. However, sand and salt water wear and tear are quite ferocious so hard to maintain without a big budget. Probably suits families more than singles or couples unless u dont want the comforts. Batemans Bay is also suffering with shops closing. Some new facilities in town are attractive and functional. The cabin was very hot. The curtains were only cotton & did not block out the heat from afternoon sun. Front verandah only had room for 1 chair even though 4 outdoor chairs provided. I booked a studio cabin & would not recommed this cabin type. The iron left a big black mark on my white work shirt (which wont come off). On checking the iron it was very dirty. the ceiling fans needed a good dusting. Looks a bit tired - needs a renovation. Can be noisy with so many children. Free wifi/internet did not work properly. Smokers next to non smokers. Smoke wafted into our cabin. Small cabins.
