we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou. The welcome we got at reception got our stay off to a very pleasant relaxing start! Such a warm, friendly lady got us checked in nice and quick - very impressed! Definitely recommend to a friend!.

Well-appointed rooms, good facilities. Close to central business/restaurant district. Helpful manager. WiFi available free. The staff was more than helpful,room very clean and best of all the bed was very comfortable.thanx for a great stay. very comfortable for the price we were just passing through and didnt want anything expensive cery comfortable. Nice and quiet. Older style motel but maintained well. Comfortable bed. Will stay here again. It was very clean, room was exactly as advertised. Great rate for an overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodation was easy to find... Good location. Pleasant, efficient and helpful staff. Well priced. Room was large and comfortable with a well socked kitchenette. comfortable beds close to city centre good customer service. Everything. Close walk into town. Great services for staff. The motel was very clean and a central location . Spacious room and good WiFi. can't think of anything we didn't like. Can't think of a thing!. no hair dryer. Electric blanket.. although A/C was good as a heater, a little bit noisy for folks who live in the country where there isn't any noise, thus disrupted sleep so turned off.. bit chilly throughout the night then. TV a bit small looking from the bed.. N/A. Only problem was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was a little light on. Though, free is a great touch. I was worried that reception would be closed if I was late for check-in time as I arrived later than expected because of the traffic jam trying to get out of Melbourne. The reception staff could have been more helpful/reassuring about alternate plans if reception was closed. water pump noise every couple of minutes during the night. Nothing. recurring issues with the internet. The site said that the Meramie had a tennis court it doesn't, it also said it had a kitchenette it didn't have facilities like a microwave . The description of a kitchenette gives the impression that you can cook light meals. Grumpy staff :-/. complimentary breakfast was ordinary. Some consultation on customer preferences would have enhanced it.
