  Best backpackers I've ever stayed in! Staff are outstanding, the place is so clean, beds are good and rooms are decent size, they have a nice balcony area which you can relax or socialise in, good kitchen and they put on free breakfast for you too! Really close to everything, pub downstairs which gives you cheaper drinks if you're a guest (and you... mitä ihmiset sanovat » can't hear any noise either from upstairs if you want to sleep!), main street right outside, beach is a stones throw away, all in such a perfect litt - The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!

  Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it. Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » does not line up with what actually happens. This all took an hour to sort out. The staff were very good and I viewed another room in exchange, howeve - The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

  I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.

  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away

  The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.
