Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.   I had a king room with an ocean view and I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was spotless, cleaned every day and the towels were changed as needed. I love how when you open the balcony door, the a/c turns off automatically - good way to be more eco-friendly. The view was fantastic! Note though that as with any vantage point in the G... mitä ihmiset sanovat » old Coast, most of it is sometimes blocked by tall buildings - I could see the beach but of course there were a lot of buildings around (but not a pro - The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.

  The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.
