We would really want to thank the reception staff for their help! They
have all been really friendly, helpful and professionnal! They booked us
the Whitsundays Boat Tour litterally at the last moment (we had not
thought of booking all that in advance) and they kindly kept our luggage
and our car parked at their place for 3 days while we were away!

road trip stop). This Hotel is excellent! It's clean, confortable
and nicel -
All of the staff were extremely helpful and all requests for information were followed up efficiently and nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
They allowed us to store our luggage on two occasions saving us the trouble of finding somewhere to store it whilst we went off on other adventures..
They made our stay in Arlie Beach a pleasure and we would strongly recommend this place to all travels for value and friendly service.

The location was awesome and with in short walking distance to public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist in anyway they could.

Everything is close. The backpacker is more like a villa. Stayed in a double room, was very good and spacious. There's a calm bar inside. Left my bag there after check out without problem. -
