  Room was large and modern. Good daily house cleaning. Staff was helpful. It had a basic kitchenette so you can at least reheat leftovers and have cereal. - Good place to stay. Great restaurant. Rooms quite warm but can be cooled by turning down heaters or opening windows. Staff really friendly.

A full grocery is just 2 blocks away, so if you don’t want to go downtown, you can pick up a few things there. Jeremias and his brother Mattias are very attentive persons doing all possible for lovely stay of guests. Jerremias gives you all necessary information by mail or at arrival about excursions, city, parks, taxi etc. You feel him like a friend, not employee. Great thanks to the family for rooms, breakfast, politness, comfort. Dream to come back.

We definitely recommend this hotel and the boat trip on the Beagle canal and the Tierra del Fuego national park!
