Very congenial and Daniel is fluent in English. I let them know ahead of time that I had some special requests for breakfast. and they were happy to accommodate my request. It is a beautiful view of the mountains. As most of the B&B's are, they are not far from town, but a healthy hike up hill. I personally enjoyed the hike, but you can readily grab a cab which is not costly if you rather not walk. I highly recommend Tzion.
Very comfortable and clean room with three big windows each facing a side of Ushuaia / Beagle Channel with great views. Very nice breakfast. Staff was very welcoming. Free internet.
Location is a bit out of the way (uphill)
Very nice family run B & B. Easy walk down to the center of the city. Very nice vice of the Beagle Channel. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
Notice that I said it is an easy walk down to the center of the city. It is not an easy walk back. The taxi ride is the equivalent of about $4.00 US to get back to the hotel.
Up the hill and away from most of the congestion and noise of the city. Nice view out to the Beagle Channel. Cosy atmosphere in the family/living room.

The hotel is very confortable: warm rooms, nice beds, great shower...
There is no reception, and there were almost no staff in the hotel during our stay. The price is a bit steep for a hotel with no staff that is 15 min from the centre.
