  I was down with a cold and the staff (Ingrid, in particular) were very caring and helpful, bringing me hot tea and even lending me a scarf to keep warm. The owner Carlos came to pick us up from the bus station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the in-house restaurant was excellent and great value for money.   Staff is absolutely the best. The owner went out of his way for us. We have never had such a welcoming attention. The atmosphere there is a lot like a big family. If you are visiting Rio Gallegos for a few days, I would highly recommand this hostel ! - location isn't that great, but for one night is good enough
