  The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, where the stores and restaurants are located. Mattias at the front desk speaks very good English and was most helpful.   Everything.... Spectacular views!!! The rooms were to die for, every possible amenity they had it & more. Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook. Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # - I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.

  We spent 15 days in the lake country and had begun our trip at one of Bariloche's premium hotels. After touring the whole area we returned for a few more days in Bariloche. We decided that we didn't really need another luxury hotel, so booked the Quillen. The lake view room was beautiful, the staff great and the location perfect. Small area for SPA and gym, but really great! And of course, wonderful view to the lake and the mountains (this may depend on rooms, of course).
