  Modern boutique hotel in neigborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Its abit further away from old Palermo (about a 15-20 min walk) where most boutique stores and restaurants are situated. Stayed in the junior suite and it was supberb. The room had a kitchen and a lounge area. There's also a gym on the terrace.   Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. The entire team is SUPER helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about them! Transportation is - The staff was professional and very kind. I felt very safe in the hotel as a foreigner and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It's walking distance to all the hip neighborhoods and great tourist attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!

  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station.
