  Loved the design of this hotel and the interior decoration. Cosy breakfast room overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. - Fabio at the front desk was very helpful and provided suggestions each day.   The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station. You can be very independent in this apart hotel. - Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases..   Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. The entire team is SUPER helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about them! The location is fantastic: shopping, walking, dining, several churches within walking distanc... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e, active nightlife with a myriad of sidewalk cafes, and yet....even with our windows open all night, we heard little to no noise. Transportation is - The staff was professional and very kind. I felt very safe in the hotel as a foreigner and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It's walking distance to all the hip neighborhoods and great tourist attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back.
