  Professional and friendly staff. Efficient & quick service. Lovely pool & spa. Accommodating to requests. Best Martini's in Argentina. They deserve their association to Leading Hotels of the World. - Clean and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Liked having the travel agent on property to help assist with tour plans.

  From the first moment we entered the hotel we loved it. Reception stuff was very helpful. Our room was lovely with comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. swimming pool and services by the pool were excellent and the food we had at the bar/pool area was good. Breakfast was great, many varieties and all very fresh. The massage i had in the spa was... mitä ihmiset sanovat » also very good. Over all, it was the nicest and friendliest hotel we stayed in Argentina so far and we loved it. Cant wait to go back! - I loved this place! it was one of the best hotel I've been ever! It is locate in the middle of the jungle near to the Iguazu river with amazing swimming pools with tress in the middle of them. The rooms are lovely and its staff were very kind all the time. Definitely I recommend this amazing place! The paradise!

  Great location, there are a couple closer to the falls but this is right on the river, close to the point of Argentina / Brazil / Paraguay and the main town area is round the corner. Hotel was amazing and a Casino for those who fancy a little roll of the dice - Good staff, excellent facilities, with easy walking access to the town.

  We felt very much at home at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, and helpfull when you need information about the waterfalls. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away (walking) from the town centre in a residential area. That makes it nice and quiet at night and it's a safe route to walk. Breakfast was good (no buffet), nicely served on a wooden board with p - The best hotel in Puerto Iguazu. Exceeded all my expectations. Especially if you prefer boutique experience and not the mainstream large hotels for mass tourism. Personal touch, great design and relaxing atmosphere is what you get. Another surprise came from their restaurant: the chef has a Michelin star and it shows. His creations is a work of art on a plate that will tickle all your senses. The staff is helpful and will get you sorted with all your trips to the waterfalls. The owner is great

  The hotel was clean and located in a quite area but the walls were very thin so noise from other guests was a problem early in the evening. - Reasonable 'average' hotel. Nice sized room (although I did book a mini suite, so you'd expect it!). I did see a couple of other rooms though and they looked a good size too. Clean, nicely designed.   On arrival, the desk man spent a quarter hour with us, explaining touroptions, and was patient and charming. Immediately, we felt at ease. At the spa, two of us enjoyed the hot stone massage, delightful and quite reasonable. - Staff were extremely helpfull and English was excellent
