  The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia.   The hotel is very well located within 2 blocks of the "Moreno" SUBTE station, and 4 blocks of other 2 SUBTE stations. The room i stayed was little, but for me as a solo traveller it was reasonable. The Wi-Fi works good on the room, and is complementary. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel.
