  We booked 2 nights and ended up staying an extra night. We are not big soccer fans but booked tickets to a game at the Boca Stadium on 24 May and wanted to stay at the hotel to have the full Boca experience (why not?). Breakfast was good - lots of variety and fresh. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night - i - This very modern hotel was an excellent choice for a stay in the centre of Buenos Aires. Great desk staff, superb rooms, good breakfast, good location handy to the subways and walking distance to other sites.

  From reading other reviews before we chose Galarias Hotel, other reviewers mentioned that the entrance to the hotel is on a small narrow street. This is true, but it is just a half a block west of a main shopping pedestrian walkway. If you like being in the daily hustle- bustle of the locals, this is a good spot.   The hotel was fabulous. Loved the interior decorating, the designer and architect really took some time to think about the esthetics as it gave it a sleek modern look. The staff were all very professional and helpful (thankyou Sergo - the overnight guy) he recommended a great tango show. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.   I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building.
