We loved the location being in Centro. The owner, Gisela, was very friendly and accommodating in terms of arrival/departure times. Claudia, who serves breakfast and cleans, was fabulous in spite of the language barrier. The breakfast was great! The attention to detail, including cleanliness was most appreciated. We loved our stay.

Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.
