  We loved staying in the Santa Monica Apartments. The log cabin was really cosy and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts which were brought to the cabin each morning. It's just round the corner from the main street in El Calafate so really conveniently located. The service was exceptionally good. Yenifer organised our excur... mitä ihmiset sanovat » sion and bus tickets in no time at all, gave us lots of knowledgable advice on what to look out for on the rest of our trip in Argentina, and was real - The staff was very helpful (boat trip bookings, last minute. restaurant reservations ...) The log cabins are very cozy, warm and well equipped. Breakfast was delivered to our room very early in the morning as agreed (not very much, but delicious).

  Accommodation was more than adequate. We were sharing with daughter and son-in-law and we were pleased with the space and equipment (except kitchen equipment - see below). Having breakfast delivered daily at or about the time specified was a real bonus.   what a beautiful house! I stayed there for 2 days with my wife.   Located very close to the bus terminal and the town. Staffs (Mother and the son) were very very helpful and flexible with the payment, check in/ check out time and so on. One day we had to leave at 5:30am, breakfast starts at 6am but they left coffee and breakfast for us. Room was big, clean, and has all the basics. I recommend this hotel! - New owners since May 2013. Making it a warm welcoming place. We stayed 4 nights. Superfriendly, English and Spanish speaking. Very helpfull, especially Ramiro who helped us with everything we asked and more, even with our bustickets to ibera! Nice big comfortable rooms, clean with comfy beds, great breakfast. Close to busstation and one block from main street. We warmly recommend this place! One of the best places we stayed at in Argentina!
