  I liked everything about this hotel. The staff was excellent, room service as well. The room was always very clean. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. Great location. - We liked the room. I lived up to the 4 star rating. Room was quiet and functional.   Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
