My buddies and I recently stayed in this hotel and we cannot speak highly enough about it. The hotel, in and of itself, was terrific. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and clean. The common areas, including the roof and outdoor yard, were nice and relaxing amenities. The hotel is also situated in what I believe to be the trendiest part of the city. There are a number of great restaurants that all within walking distance. The best bars and clubs are also in very close proximity. H.
kaikki arvostelut » The service was outstanding! Although there was no concierge, the front desk staff took care of everything a concierge normally would. And when it was difficult to figure out how to make a collect call to to American Express, they didn't charge me to call direct. (I had am ex.call me back but was disconnected and had to call a few times.) In fact, they went above and beyond any concierge and would give complimentary coffees any time of day or night. I loved the cafe con leche (cappuccino) and b. The staff and service were fabulous. It's located in an area that is more residential so there is more of a neighborhood feel. The staff gave us recommendations for restaurants and other activities which were very helpful. It's very clean and modern. My husband and I would go back there for our next visit and recommend it to our friends. Brilliant hotel. The rooms and location are fantastic but it is the service that sets the Glu apart. The staff are outstanding in their common sense approach to helping guests with everything they need. Your stay in BA will definitely be improved by staying here. Amazing staff who simply could not do enough for us. Above and beyond service with very warm hospitality. The entire staff anticipated our needs and provided excellent touring and dining recommendations. This hotel is a real gem. The Glu is in a great location in Soho. The rooms are very nice size compared to other hotels I've staying at in ba. The staff was super friendly too. Excellent service at all times. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. staff extremely cordial, helpful, cheerful spacious, comfortable room. service, kindness of staff, design, location, i just love this hotel. The staff were amazing, so nice and helpful. Everything, especially the staff!!!. Service minded staff. Although the hotel was happy to have my clothes washed and put them clean and pressed back in my room, I didn't ever see a cost. I would have liked to see what it cost before (and after) I sent them to be cleaned. Nothing, a brilliant hotel run by superb people. lots of street noise due to passing traffic, including lots of buses, and directly across the street a small soccer field with lots of noise until very late at night--avoidable if you keep windows closed and air conditioning on. Nothing! We loved our stay. The breakfast was a bit basic/boring.
