It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and nicely decorated rooms. We arrived really early and they gave us to have breakfast without charge since our room wasn't yet ready. Great location - right in the heart of trendy Palermo Soho. Delicious Pisco Sours at the bar!
