A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!).   Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
