  Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet. The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is not noisy. - Good location, friendly welcome. Efficient front desk

The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station. Given the chic design, very good breakfast(with hot options at no extra cost), we found this an excellent value.
