  Everything. Very nice staff, excellent location for Palermo Viejo/Soho area. We used buses/subway, so also fairly convenient to get around the city on 140 bus and D subte at Plaza Italia. Given the chic design, very good breakfast(with hot options at no extra cost), we found this an excellent value. We arrived really early and they gave us to have breakfast without charge since our room wasn't yet ready. Great location - right in the heart of trendy Palermo Soho.   The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). The rooms were stylishly appointed- small, but efficient and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant and landscaped well. Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.
