We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But my favorite part of the hotel has to be the bed. It was ridiculously comfortable that my husband and I could sleep in till 2:30pm everyday! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast also served freshly-squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch.

a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in
time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give
