The hotel is just across the road from the sea and there is a good view of it from the front bedrooms or in the cafe.

Owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean, having a fridge in the room was also a bonus. Beach right by hotel. Local attractions such as Butrint, Ksamil and Sarande town all easily accessible. Owner arranged cabs where required and was always around to help. The restaurant was really good and the hotel has a beautiful outdoor terrace. Breakfast was good and included freshly baked cakes. Fantastic hotel with excellent staff and service - great value for money. Room was very clean with a great seaview from the balcony. The roof terrace was excellent and one of the only terraces I could see in the area! Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

In fact the hotel is located on the beach (private one with umbrellas, sunbeds and beach bar available).
Whole staff is really nice - you get get your drinks, coffe, beer without standing up from your sunbed!
The room is clean and air conditioned - we have got the one with the view on the sea (Korfu) - it was incredible in the evening.

Rooms are clean, bright and with wonderful view over the sea and sunset. Breakfast is very good and with lots of variety. Location is good because you are in the middle between the city center and Ksamil islands and Butrint archaeological site. There is cable TV included. Staff is very caring and helpful, we actually got ironing for free.
