  I had no idea what to expect from Emeralda but I have to say that as soon as the door to our taxi opened we were welcomed and treated like royalty. The staff were all so happy and always, always smiling. Our suite was absolutely superb with a view of the mountains and privacy that I had not expected from a Resort that was so large. The location was absolutely gorgeous, with spacious room and excellent view. The staff, especially the front office manager were all truly helpful. Every single staff made our stay immensely enjoyable.

  An awesome location that has no other rival. We were blown away by the scenery and the staff was great (please be advised that they don't really speak English and will hold your passports until you leave- a common practice in Vietnamese hotels).
