  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  The suite was perfect for my family of four. It was newly remodeled and had everything you would need, very nice! We will most definitely try and stay there again! The waterparks are all a good walking distance away, but that didn't seem to bother anyone in my family (I have two boys, 4 1/4 and 2 1/2 yr old) We even brought an umbrella stroller... lo que la gente dice » for my youngest and we never used it.
