Loved the staff, they were very helpful and always friendly. Loved the location of this hotel, and the area it was in. Very simple to get around to where we were going and the places around it were ideal for eating and shopping and even go to a movie. -
The price was the best of the hotels around the area.

Friendly, helpful staff. When my wife twisted her ankle and was unable
to put her weight on it, the manager (didn't get his name) scrounged
a pair of crutches for her. He stashed our luggage in the office after
we checked out while we attended the event that had brought us to
Springfield. I liked what he said: "we are all human beings."

We were in town for a Cheerleading is competition in Springfield, which sold out all of the nearby hotels leading into CT. They allowed me to change my reservations during the same week so that we could arrive/check out a day later. We were also allowed to check-in 2 hrs early.

Nice room, very clean,everything we needed was there. Easy access to the freeway and stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Just perfect for our needs. -
Stayed here overnight on the way to Berkshires. Very impressed with facilities in room. Shop downstairs useful for breakfast. Staff extremely friendly.
