  I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Who does that these days ? what a nice surprise .. we felt recognized each time we came in and was informed of the breakfast which by the way was awesome and told about a light supper .whic... lo que la gente dice » h was just okay!!but nice we enjoyed the hot tub and our room and bed was great . over all this was a wonderful place to stay..and very affordable ,re - The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  To be honest when I first pulled into the parking lot of the hotel I was sceptical because of how it looked on the outside but once I walked in and got to my room I was very happy. All of the staff was very helpful and nice! They always had smiles on their faces. I believe for the price through letsbookhotel.com the hotel is very nice. I was there for a softball tournament so we didn't spend a lot of - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and, this may be the quietest place I have ever stayed! The staff was also knowledgeable about recommending the Farmer's Market, where to get the best apples and how to get to places around Wenatchee. The room and facility were both also very clean and the full breakfast was much appreciated, as I left early each morning for a golf tournament at the Highlander Golf Club.
