    My two friends (a couple) and I stayed at the Canterbury for two nights to celebrate my birthday. We booked a one bedroom queen suite, which ended up being just the right amount of room for the three of us. The bedroom had a door which separated it from both the living area and bathroom, giving us a nice amount of privacy. The bathroom was quit... lo que la gente dice » e large, but had only a shower. This was just a small inconvenience for us though (I was kind of looking forward to taking a bubble bath). The kitc - We enjoyed our stay at The Canterbury. It was a great location and very easy to get around San Francisco by foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    This hotel was amazing. From the great continental breakfast to the complimentary wine and cheese hour, everything was impeccable. The staff was lovely and attentive and the room was clean and attractive. The little things made all the difference: free bottled water, cookies with turn-down service, free wifi, free shoe shine, free DVD movie li... lo que la gente dice » brary and free coffee/tea in the library every day. - The pleasant manner of the house keeping ladies. They have been working at hotel for years, and seem to take great pride in there jobs. They give the impression that they are most gratified to see there guests being well taken care of. Similarly, at breakfast and at wine hour, the staff seemed genuinely happy and that sets the tone for guest relaxation.
