All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and so proud of the Hotel, which was nice to hear. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. Spotless, friendly and Old World Charm, with good old fashioned manners and service.

Huge suite. Had a large amount of room to spread out and for the baby to
have separate sleeping space. Hotel furnished a pack n play and fan upon
request. Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend
with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day
of check-out which I hope was a fluke.

The mattress was super plush and comfy.
The natural light tube in the bathroom! no need to turn on any lights during the day.
The communal balcony which faces the river to Lake Chelan.
Great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
