This is a great resort! The units are spacious and well equipped. They even have electric blenders,beaters and an ice bucket and numerous bbqs. Luxuriously appointed apartment on first floor (not ground). Large sitting room and balcony. Beautiful tropical garden setting. Free garage parking. Immaculate swimming pools nearby and hot tubs. A short drive from restaurants and supermarkets.

Everything! Place was immaculate, big, in fact it was so spacious that the tv in the living/dining room appeared small. 30' away. We will be going back again today. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Met all expectations. Balcony was nice for morning and evening meals. -

The staff was really helpful when the door keys they gave us did not work and sent up someone who had to go and get special equipment to clear out the lock so it would take the key. This was just a I have just got off the airplane late at night and am leaving for elsewhere the next morning destination so we did not look to see anything in the area

variety within easy walking distance. Extreemly friendly staff.
Accomodated us well the last day, with parking and beach towels, as our
plane was very late to leave.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Lovely outlook over banyan trees and sweet night twitterings emanated from the birds nesting in the banyans as we slept. Great location for Volcanoes National Park and Rainbow Falls and Akaka Falls. We did all 3 in one day. Beautiful walk in the gardens opposite the hotel.

The hotel doesn't get very good reviews so we were a little
skeptical about staying here. We were surprised to find the hotel
clean, comfortable, in a great location (wished we had booked for
2 days instead of 1),staff was very friendly and the renovations
were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was very well done. Free parking
was a bonus!

The view from the ocean side rooms was spectacular. The check in staff (Wendy) did a great job checking us in with a long line, she was very friendly and helpful. the staff were very friendly and ALWAYS said aloha every time they passed. The pool and gym were wonderful and we used them every day. I liked having the Kings and Queens market close by as we had a choice of eating establishments. the beach was protected and great for water sports. Down the beach was the Lava Lava Bar - we ate their quite a few

The beach was very nice. Our room would have been perfect if we'd
had a full ocean view instead of a partial because of a tree.
The gym is nice and clean.
The concierge was helpful but be warned, it is run by Expedia so no Kama'aina rates.
The nearby markets were convenient and a good option if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Several good restaurants as well as a food court are available.

The hotel is lovely, nice rooms, comfy bed. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon. They are renovating at the moment so I imagine it will be more modern look in the future. The pool and beach are fantastic and loved the pool bar. Cocktails delicious! -

Forget the reviews about how it takes a long time to get anywhere - plot courses of shortest distances on the map they give you and only use tram / boat for novelty. Awesome bridges and islands around lagoon tend to be shortest route(s).

The place is beautiful! It really is quite impressive. Lots of things to
do. You really don't ever even have to leave the resort. But if you
want to one of my favorite beaches Hapuna is right up the road. I also
really liked the products they had in their bathroom so much so I bought
some to take home with me.
