It was indeed a memorable stay for two weeks at this motel. Both Mr Sean
and Mr Jake were too good a person to take care of their guests and they
made my stay very smooth. Room facilities were enough to take care of
one's daily need and so conveniently located that you are so near to
downtown and hence all the tit bits alongwith. -

actually very clean. Facilities were minimal as were the amenities, but
if all you need was a bed at a reasonable price, you got to the right
place. Close to downtown Rapid City. Nice breakfast area. Decent free

The office personnel and owner were very helpful. It was very convenient to walk up a hill to get to the Mammoth Dig site without driving. There was a nice restaurant very close. -

The room was nice and clean. I think the woman that checked us in turned our air on which was very nice and she also read our request for 2 extra pillows which our other motels did not. We were impressed that she actually read this. -
Location was perfect.
Stayed again on the 9th.

I was really surprised at how modern and comfortable it was. There is a 40s style diner next door which serves excellent breakfast. The decor is modern. The bathroom nice and the bed comfortable. It was quite at night despite being full.
