Super clean and comfortable room. Staff was awesome and friendly. Everything is still new, but no weird smells. We would definitely stay again and maybe bring our own breakfast / food along, as the kitchen in the room was awesome. -

I stayed for one night. Vehicular access to the hotel was very easy and close to main city expressways. The parking lot was ordinary but access-controllable. Room was clean and stuff regarded their guests with professional courtesy. -

We were looking for a quiet getaway for the long July 4 weekend, and that's exactly what we got. We stayed in the lodge itself (there are also cottages with more amenities, which cost more), and had a clean, comfortable room. The owner and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. When the owner found out that I have cancer and my husband has a back injury, he offered to upgrade us to a cottage so that we wouldn't have to climb the stairs. He also had a breakfast tray brought up to my husband. The room was very comfortable, and the lodge and its grounds are beautiful. We hope to go back during the summer so we can use the pool.

The staff was unbelievablely attentive to our every need and the person that cleaned our room was wonderful. That person added little touches such as: arranging the stuffed animals on the children's pillows that they won at Hershey Park. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. -

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations. The shuttle driver was most accomodating and friendly. -

Room was very nice, as were the staff. We were only a mile from Gettysburg, so the location was great. Nice continental breakfast. Also, fresh coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Also offered free shuttle service into Gettysburg if needed. Perkins restaurant right next door, within walking distance; we ate there for lunch one day. -

Several restaurants were nearby as was Walmart and a shopping center. Being the off-season, the price was quite reasonable. I was very pleased with my stay at the Gettysburg Days Inn.

I have stayed at 4 star hotels there were not as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn Phila/ Willow Grove. All staff very accommodating. You should not advertise this as a 21/2 star hotel ....luxury linens were great ....most travelers want to sink in clean comfy bed and bathroom.....this has it ! Staff accommodating...breakfast excellent. Goo

The hotel was nestled right in the heart of Willow Grove, but, magically
once you entered the door ro the hotel you were put at ease by the
knowledge and adaptness of the staff. It was as if everyone was a
friend, centered on your enjoyment.

Everything was excellent. wonderful stuff, clean, comfy room, comfy beds. In the front desk there was a guy named Jack and he was super kind and friendly.. And the pool area was amazing my girls really enjoyed it. -

because of this they were very nice about it and concerned for my son. -
Breakfast was very good, although it would be nice if they changed it up a bit. Nice big area for breakfast. Room was extremely clean and felt safe. Area was superb for shopping and other Lancaster things to do. Employees were friendly although they didn't speak very good English.
